Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 08 (Eight) years from the date of Publication of Invitation of Tenders in the News Paper. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of 01 (One) contract of a similar nature of Repair and Renovation Works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 96 (Ninty Six) Lakh for each work in government/semi government/Autonomous bodies. The works completion certificate must be issued by the officer not below Rank of Executive Engineer/ Project Director/ Equivalent officer of Concerned Department/ Organization. The works completion certificate must be submitted in CPTU prescribed format with work order. Up to date Trade License (2026-2027) Income tax clearance certificate 2024-25 BIN Registration Certificate Up to Date Electrical ABC License. Other qualifications are mentioned in the TDS. Note: JV is not allowed.
