Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall be a legally registered entity in Bangladesh with a valid Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT registration. The Tenderer shall have valid authorization/partnership with Oracle Corporation or its authorized distributor/channel partner for supplying/provisioning OCI services. The Tenderer shall have at least 03 (three) years’ general experience in cloud computing/infrastructure or SaaS/PaaS/IaaS services. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed or be currently providing at least 03 (three) similar OCI or equivalent cloud service contract within the last 05 (five) years. The Tenderer shall have adequate financial capacity, including the required liquid assets/working capital or credit facility as specified in the TDS. The Tenderer shall not be debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible under applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The Tenderer shall have no conflict of interest and shall comply with PPR 2025, e-GP requirements, and other applicable rules. The Tenderer shall submit all mandatory eligibility and qualification documents specified in the Tender Document. The Tenderer shall be capable of providing the required OCI subscription and technical support throughout the 03-year contract period.
