1) This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh.
2) Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade and ABC license(s) issued by the corresponding competent authority.
3) Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority.
4) Tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3(three) years.
5) Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Minimum 132kV voltage level sub-station or transmission line stringing or maintenance work order value of minimum BDT 4 (four) lac under maximum 1 (one) contract over a period of last 3 (three) years, the completion experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority.
6) The annual average construction turnover shall be minimum BDT 8(eight)) lac in the last 3 (three) years.
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum BDT 8(eight) lac.
8) The contractor or sub-contractor's work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion will not be eligible in this tender.
