a) Minimum 3 years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Tenderer must possess Up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up to date trade license,Up to date minimum third class license
c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (One) contract(s) successfully completed in any Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomus Organigation with value of Tk 5,96,000/- (five lakh ninety-six thousand) within last 3 (Three) years; years backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
d). Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,50,000/- only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government that is issue date, issue Number/code Certifier's name, address , contact number, email ID must be mentioned in all certificates work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh .
f) The minimum Tender Capacity Must have Tender Tk 6,50,000/-
g) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5,96,000 over the last [3] financial years
h)And all terms and conditions regarding TDS must also be complied with.
