a) The tenderer shall have minimum number 05 years of overall experience.
b) The minimum specific experience of Supply of sanitary items or similar goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk 9.00 Lakhs in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 10.00 Lakhs. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3A-8)" which is attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms.
d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
e) Tenderer have to submit (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate.
f) Other required documents and conditions shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be submitted and fulfilled by the tenderer.
g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and PPR-2025.
