Eligibility of Tenderer :	01.The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard/workshop. 02. The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License for the relevant business type. 03. If the Tenderer participates as an owner of a workshop, the Tenderer shall submit valid documentary evidence of ownership/existence of the workshop and obtain prior approval from the Superintending Engineer (Dock), BIWTA, for carrying out the repair works at BIWTA’s Floating Dock. The approval letter shall be submitted with the tender. All applicable dock rental and other charges shall be borne by the Tenderer.

The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 83,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty Three Lakh).
