8. Tenderer must need to submit the line of credit certificate in prescribed format (Form PW3-8)
9. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses to obtain information for preparing the Tender
10. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender
11. Insurance for the work must be done by the awarded Tenderer from Sadharan Bima Corporation

For contracts under which the tenderer participated as a joint venture memeber or Subcontractor, only the tenderer share, by value, shall be considered to meet this requirements. Completion shall be based on the completion certificate of the completed works.

Specific/Similar work means Construction/Repair of revetment/river bank protection work/shore protection work/crossbar/spur/groyne.

The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [state amount]
