Bank Solvency Certificate for financial eligibility regarding the supply of goods. Other Instruction: 1. Payment will be made upon the availability of funds. For this,s no claim will be entertained. 2. VAT & IT from the bill will be as per the prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. 3. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various tests shall be performed by the tenderer as per TDS (Specification of Tyres). 4. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other rights reserved by the BADC Authority. 5. Only prime contractors (first party) are eligible to participate in the tender process. Sub-contractors are not acceptable.
