| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. The supplier should submit the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certificate, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.
2. Manufacturers CE (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directives)
3. Manuals, catalogues, brochures, leaflets etc. containing detailed specifications, drawings, dimensions and material quality certificate etc. should be submitted.
4. The Tenderer should submit Company profile, detailed address of the factory, Telephone No., Fax No., Website address & e-mail account of the proposed Manufacturer.
5. Manufacturer's comparison sheet showing Products specification and its compliance with the required specification should be submitted.
6. Manufacturers test results must be submitted.
7. Warranty Certificate by the Manufacturer and local agent/supplier should be submitted. 01(One) year warranty from the date of acceptance of the supplied goods should be provided.
