| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.a) A minimum general experience of 03 years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of [Repair and Renovation of Bus/Minibus/Microbus Body ] successfully completed within the last [05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. [2,75,000.00].
c) A minimum liquid asset of a Taka [350,000.00] is required. 4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Tenderer must submit the VAT certificate, IT certificate, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency Certificate, liquid assets, Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026],audit reports, general and Specific similar experience certificates, technical specifications, and other required documents along with the tender documents. All documents submitted in the e-GP system must also be sent as printed hard copies to the Director, Planning, Development and Works, Room No. 216, Admin Building, GSTU, Gopalganj, within two (02) days of the tender opening.
6. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other rights reserved by the University Authority. 8. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this Printing Items work.
