1. Tenderer smust submit valid Trade licence, NID, VAT, TIN, Updated TAX return documents and any other relevant documents.
2. Tenderer must submit specific experience certificate of similar goods/works (5kW or above capacity On grid Solar System) completed successfully within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 18,00,000/- (Eighteen lac) only under maximum Four (4) contract.
3. Tenderer must submit Manufacture's EMC certificate of Conformity and Manufacture's Valid ISO certificate for BOQ item no 1 & 2.
4. Tenderer must submit Manufacture's printed catalogue and Brochures (BOQ item no 1, 2, 5 & 6)
5. Tenderer are requested to review the attached GTP & Erection drawing (at e-GP) supplied from Power Grid for Goods & related services before tender submission.
6. Supply of goods & related service has to be completed as per attached GTP and Erection Drawing.
7. The contractor or sub-contractor, whose contract or work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion, will not be eligible in this tender.
