1.Up to date trade licence.

2.Up to date VAT registration certificate.

3. Up to date Income Tax certificate.

4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.4 (Four) lakh.

5. Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor (in this case must submit with valid manufacturer's distributorship documents) letter shall be submitted.

6. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.

7. The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 4 (Four) Lakh under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years shall be submitted.

8. Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
