1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply/Construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
2. The invitation of Tender is open only for Out Sourcing Manpower supply Business tread lisence holder.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in indemonstrating prior completion of similar works related to cleaning of canals, drains, and ditches of any city corporation works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 3,34,00,000.00 BDT
4. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 2,51,00,000.00 over the last three financial years.
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 1,12,00,000.00 BDT
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
