This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supplying manpower over a period of last 03 (Three) years in a single contract with a value of minimum Tk. 5 (Five) lac shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk.7.00 (seven) lac over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 (Four) lac (Form e-PPS2-5).
5. The Tenderer must submit the following updated documents: valid Trade License, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Papers related to previous manpower supply experience.
6. Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
7. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS, Section-2) of Tender Document].
