Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in procurement/construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. (b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor under single contract must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 10.0 (ten) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9.5 (Nine point Five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (d) The minimum amount of free fund i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10 (ten) Lac . Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. (e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate/TIN, ABC Contractor and Supervisory License. (f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 9 (nine) Lac.
