The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:- (i) Scanned copy of original Up to date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisor license . (ii) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason. (iii) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract. (iv) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
