a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of tendering against civil construction works as contractor.
b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1 (one) contract of building construction work successfully completed within last 5 years under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organizations with a value of at least Tk. 45 (Forty Five) Lakhs.
c) The required average annual construction turnover is minimum Tk. 100 (One Hundred) lakhs over last 5 (Five) years or best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit limits/line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 35 (Thirty Five) lakh.
e) The tenderer must submit:

i) Income tax clearance certificate of the Assessment Year 2025-2026 or Up-to-date Income Tax Acknowledgement Slip.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Specific experience certificate.

v) Updated ABC electrical license (own or agreement with another license holder on Tk. 300 non-judicial stamp).

f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender Data sheet of tender documents.
g) Those tenderers who are performing two contracts simultaneously under CED of TGTDPLC shall not be eligible to participate in this tender.
h) Those contractors who have been blacklisted by the CED of TGTDPLC, the tenderer shall not be eligible to participate in this tender.

i) The tenderer should submit all supporting NOA, completion certificate, BOQ, contract agreement and other necessary papers.
