(a) Valid trade licence.
(b) VAT registration (BIN).
(c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN).
(d) Valid ABC licence.
(e) Bank solvency certificate. The minimum amount of financial resources, as liquid assets, working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [30 Lac] from an authorised person of any Schedule Bank.
(f) General Experience Certificate (Only certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date, Tender ID etc). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electrical line construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [01] year. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT.
(g) Specific Experience Certificate (Only certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date, Tender ID etc). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electrical line construction works under the public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of 33KV line construction work successfully completed within the last [03] years, with a value of at least Tk. [20 Lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT.
(h) Other criteria as per ITT & TDS.
