| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertain.
2. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
3. Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.
4. Quantity of work may extremely increase or decrease.

Re-construction work of 30 Nos outlets in the S-3G, T1-B/S3G, T1-A/S3G, T-1/S3G, T2-A/S3G, T-2/S3G, T-3/S3G, S-4G, T-1AG, T-1G, T-2AG, T-3AG, T-3BG, T-3BGA, T-3BGB and T-2G irrigation canal system under the Ganga Main Irrigation Canal in Mirpur Upazila of Kushtia District in c/w "Emergency Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Ganges Kobadak Irrigation Project" under Kushtia WD Division, BWDB, Kushtia during the FY 2026-27.
