(a) Valid trade licence.
(b) VAT registration (BIN).
(c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN).
(d) Valid ABC licence.
(e) Bank solvency certificate. The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [02 Lac] from an authorised person of any Schedule Bank.

(f) Experience Certificate (Only certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date, Tender ID etc). The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under the public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of 33/11/0.4 KV electrical line construction/Maintenance work successfully completed within the last [03] years, with a value of at least Tk. [02 Lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT.

(g) Other criteria as per ITT & TDS.

Emergency repair and maintenance work, including tree-branch cutting of 11 KV feeder Nos. 01, 02, 03, 04, and 05 at Satpai 33/11 KV substation and the Kurpar, Kailati, and Anantapur feeders at Bonuapara 33/11 KV sub-station under the Sales and Distribution Division, BPDB, Netrokona.
