If the Tenderer participates as an owner of a workshop, the Tenderer shall submit valid documentary evidence of ownership/existence of the workshop and obtain prior approval from the Superintending Engineer (Dock), BIWTA, for carrying out the repair works at BIWTA’s Floating Dock. The approval letter shall be submitted with the tender. All applicable dock rental and other charges shall be borne by the Tenderer.

Qualification Criteria--	The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 78,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy Eight Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last Five (5) financial years.	The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 75,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy Five Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last Five (5) financial years.
TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 78,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy Eight Lakh). If the Tenderer participates as an owner of a dockyard/shipyard, the Tenderer shall have a valid NOC from the Department of Shipping, Bangladesh and a valid Foreshore License from BIWTA for the said dockyard/shipyard and shall submit a detailed layout plan of the dockyard/shipyard indicating all ongoing works along with their expected completion timelines. 2. If the Tenderer participates as an owner of a workshop, the Tenderer shall submit valid documentary evidence of ownership/existence of the workshop and obtain prior approval from the Superintending Engineer (Dock), BIWTA, for carrying out the repair works at BIWTA’s Floating Dock. Documentary evidence of previous public sector works, including Notification of Award, Contract Agreement, Completion Certificate, Payment Certificate etc. 4. Valid Trade License for the relevant business type. 5.Updated Tax payment certificate. 6. Valid Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit with mentioning the total limit of credit facilities from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh , issued not earlier than publication of the tender in e-gp and prior to the day of the deadline for submission of Tenders;	Tenderers shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 1.
