1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least of 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 5,00,000/- (Five lakh only).
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 6,00,000/- (Six lac) only over the best 03 years in the last 05 financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 6,00,000/- (Six lac) only.

5. The contractor or sub-contractor, whose contract or work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion, will not be eligible in this tender.
