Eligibility of Tenderer :	i. Up to date Trade License (2026-2027) ii. Income tax clearance certificate (2025-2026) iii. BIN Registration Certificate iv. Up to Date Electrical ABC License. v. TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =35,00,000.00 (Thirty-five Lakh) only. vi. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of 01 (One) contract of similar nature of Repair and Renovation Works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 40 (Forty) Lakh for each work years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper, in government/semi government/Autonomous bodies. The works completion certificate must be issued by the officer not below Rank of Executive Engineer/ Project Director/ Equivalent officer of Concerned Department/Organization.The works completion certificate must be submitted in BPPA prescribed format with work order. vii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. = 25,00,000.00 (Twenty five Lakh) only over the last 05 years. Joint Venture Not Allowed. As Per Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
