1. The bidder should have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in providing similar software solutions to three respected Bangladeshi universities. 2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 01 (One) year with a value of at least Tk. 09 (nine) lac. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10 (ten) lac.
4. Participation should be by the principal, agent, sole distributor, or tier partner suppliers, with a manufacturer or principal certificate included. 5. The bidder must have after-sales service centers in Dhaka and Chittagong, including their addresses and contact persons.
