Value Added Tax registration certificate (Mushak 2.3); 3. TIN Certificate, Updated Income TAX Certificate and Acknowledgement Receipt/Certificate of Return of Income; 4. General experience of Supply in Govt., Semi-Govt., Autonomuos organizations (According to TDS); 5. Specific Experience of Supply (Jute and Jute Products Supply) in Govt., Semi-Govt., Autonomuos organizations (According to TDS), 5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (According to TDS) (use BPPA prescribed format) and 7. Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate of Jute and Jute Products Manufacturer and Supplier. 8. Sample of each item with a forwarding Letter must be submited within 05 (Five) Days of Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider as non-responsive. 9. Updated Jute and Jute Products Manufacturer Dealership Certificate of Jute Directorate. 10. Updated Jute and Jute Products Manufacturer License of Jute Directorate. 11. Updated Jute and Jute Products Manufaturer Factory License. 12. Updated Jute and Jute Products Exporter License of Jute Directorate.
