1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)

2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 450.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty) Lac only.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lac only.  Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e.  in e-PW3-8 form published by BPPA.

4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 850.00 (Eight hundred and Fifty) Lac over the last 5 years. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)

5. The minimum tender capacity not less than TK. 475.00 (Four Hundred and seventy five) lac only.
6. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
7.  If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder will be non-responsive. PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 shall be followed.

2. The minimum specific experience as contracter in supply of CHILLER system in a single contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years value of at least Tk. 4.50 crore.(Four crore Fifty Lacs) in Gov/Semi Gov/Autonomous Body of Bangladesh.

Tenderers shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 
1. The bidder must submit the manufacturer authorization certificate mentioning brand, model and country of origin of the proposed CHILLER and AHU with valid email, telephone and web address of the supporting document. 
2. The bidder must submit a certificate by manufacturing company stating that minimum 500 Nos. of the proposed brand of CHILLER have been used in minimum t0 (ten) country of the world including the manufacturing country for equal to or more than ten years. 
3. Each bidder must be the Sole agent /Representative or Distributor of the proposed brand Chiller in the tender and the bidder must submit its all valid supporting documents issued by original manufacturing company. Manufacturer's certificate stating that the bidder has sufficient trained and experienced manpower to install, testing and commissioning of the CHILLER TYPE as per ANSITASHRAE IES Standard 90.1 standard, relevant code and conformities.
4) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
5) Valid VAT registration certificate. 
6) Up-to-date trade license 
7) up-to date ABC contractor and supervisory license from the electrical licensing board, Bangladesh. 
8. Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
9. An assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly.
10. Activity Schedule depicting work plan and method, personnel, equipment.
11. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
