The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. In support of their eligibility; the Tenderer shall submit copies of the latest relevant documents:
1. Valid Trade Licence for FY 2026-2027
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate and Income Tax Clearance/Return Certificate for Assessment Year 2025-2026/2026-2027.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (03) years of general experiance in the supply of goods or related services.
5. The Tenderer shall submit minimum specific experience certificates as Supplier in suppling goods/spare parts related to boiler at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 14,00000/- (Fourteen Lakh).
6. The Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 22,00,000.00 (Twenty Two Lakh only). This Certification must be issued after the publication date of the Invitation for Tender (IFT)
7. The Tenderer shall supply all goods and complete the related service in accordance with the guidelines of the Boiler Directorate.
