(3) Sample [Size of grain: High quality Deshi small grain Moshur Dal] As a Sample 01(one) Kg High quality Deshi small grain Moshur Dal must be submitted to in a sealed gala cloth packet or Plastic Pot to the Assistant Director, Fire Service & Civil Defence Jashore. Sample submition Last date & time is tender closing/opening date 19.10.2026 and Time before 14:00pm.(4) Sample Moshur Dal will be displayed at the PE Office from the date of tender publication to the date of tender closing.(5) Attested copics of Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier, (6) TIN certificate, (7) Income Tax [2025-2026 or 2026-2027 year] (8) Income Tax Acknowledgement slip must have to submitted (9) VAT Registration, e-BIN (13 Digits) (All certificate papers must have to submitted) (10) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (11) Authorisation letter from Manufacturer (only for Suppliers). [Authorisation letter must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(Others as per TDS). (12) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-7) Tk. 20,00,000/-(Taka Twenty lakh only). [“Acceptance Certificate” must submitted) be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
