Tenderers must have the following qualifications, and other qualifications stated in TDS and PCC:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Works and related services as Supplier shall be three (3.) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under the public sector of at least [1] contract(s) of [Civil works] successfully completed within the last [3] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [14,00,000.00].
3. The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk [10,00,000.00] over the best [3] years in the last [5] financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [10,00,000.00]
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk [ 12,00,000.00]
6. Updated Trade License
7. VAT/BIN Registration certificate
8. TIN certificate and Tax clearance certificate, assessment year 2024-2025
