Eligibility of Tenderer:
The works under this package are small-scale and localized in nature, involving installation of Deep Tube Wells with Submersible Pumps at different locations within Nilphamari District. Accordingly, for ensuring effective mobilization, timely execution, local logistical support, and prompt operation and maintenance/service response, the Tenderer shall be a valid DPHE-enlisted contractor under Nilphamari District.
The Tenderer shall submit/upload a valid DPHE Enlistment Certificate (Contractor’s Licence/Enlistment Paper) issued by the competent authority as documentary evidence of eligibility.
This particular eligibility requirement shall remain open for discussion during the Pre-Tender Meeting. Any written observations, requests, or representations received from prospective Tenderers regarding this requirement shall be reviewed by the Procuring Entity in accordance with the applicable procurement rules and procedures.
If a substantial number of prospective Tenderers raise reasonable objections and the Procuring Entity considers that modification is necessary to ensure adequate competition, the requirement may be amended through an appropriate amendment/addendum before the tender submission deadline. Otherwise, the requirement shall remain unchanged.
All other eligibility and qualification requirements shall be as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document.
