The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor shall be in pipeline construction works under the public sector, involving at least one (1) contract for the successful completion of construction of a minimum of 5 km of pipeline designed for minimum 140 psig, with a contract value of at least Tk. 70,00,000 (Taka Seventy Lakh), within the last twenty (20) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper.
The Tenderer must have, apart from the above mentioned experience, a current and valid Enlistment Certificate as a Gas Contractor under Category 1.3 issued by any company of Petrobangla or in the absence of Category 1.3/1.4 Enlistment Certificate, the Tenderer must appoint a sub contractor having current and valid Enlistment Certificate as a Gas Contractor under Catergory 1.3/1.4
