1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Four (4) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under Public/Development sector of at least Two (2) contracts of earthwork excavation works successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, with a total value of at Tk. Thirty-five (35) Lac.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public/development sector shall be greater than Tk. Fifty-Five (55) Lac over the last 5 financial years or best one (1) years in the last three (3) financial year.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capitals or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Forty (40) Lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. Forty (40) Lac.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
