a) Only updated and renewed enlisted contractors registered in the National e-GP System (www.eprocure.gov.bd) of any Government organization are eligible to submit e-Tenders.
b) The Tenderer must have updated Trade License, TIN and VAT Certificate.
c) Minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Building Construction/Repair works as Prime Contractor, Sub-contractor or Management Contractor, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) Minimum specific experience of completing at least one (1) similar contract during the last 05 (Five) years, valued at Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac under public funds, supported by Work Order/NOA and Completion/Payment Certificate.
e) Minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lac over the last 05 (Five) years. Only completed public sector works shall be considered.
f) Minimum liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit facilities, of Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac. Liquid asset certificates issued before publication of IFT shall not be accepted.
g) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lac.
h) Incomplete, insufficient or inappropriate documents submitted through e-GP may result in rejection at any stage of evaluation.
i) The successful Tenderer shall submit pre-work, during-work and post-work photographs and videos along with relevant bills/payment documents, as required by the Procuring Entity.

k) Tenderers having delayed or incomplete works without valid reasons under this Division shall be considered non-responsive.
l) The successful Tenderer shall not assign the whole or any part of the work to any Sub-contractor.
