| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. All e-GP tenderers/suppliers of Bangladesh are Eligible to participate (Trade License, Tax Payment Certificate, Vat Certificate must be updated).
2. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 1,50,000 (One Lac Fifty Thousand) in favour of Principal, Marine Fisheries Academy, Chattogram.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods shall be at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last five (5) years, counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT, with a value of at least Tk. 45,00,000 (Forty Five Lac). “Similar Goods” means supply (including rental) of event/ceremony items such as pavilion/tent, furniture, decoration, printing, food/catering packets and similar items, in the public or private sector.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50,00,000 (Fifty Lac), substantiated as per ITT Sub-Clause 27.1(e).
5. Any item mentioned in the tender schedule may be cancelled/reduced according to the importance of the program if the Academy authorities think so.
6. All the conditions stated in ITT, TDS, GCC & PCC will be followed as per PPR 2025.
