(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works under public sector as Prime Contractor shall be 05 [Five] years. (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector at least 01 [One] contract of similar works successfully completed within the last 05 [Five] years, with a value of at least Tk. 6,00,000.00 [Taka Six Lakh only]. (3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 6,00,000.00 [Taka Six Lakh only] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. (4) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2026 of Electricity Generation Bangladesh PLC.
