1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper. a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years.
2. Others necessary instruction given in the TDS and PCC.
Note: intended completion time of the work is 120 days from the date of commencement of the work
