The Tenderer Shall possess the following Qualifications:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
02.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under public sector of at least 03(three) contracts of [Supply & Installation of HVAC with Minimum 42 Rton VRF system of similar category as mentioned in BoQ] successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 42.00 lakhs.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
03. The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK 40.00 lakhs
04. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 40.00 lakhs over the last 03 (three) financial years.
05. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 45.00 lakhs. [In Case of credit commitment, it should be in the Form e-PW2A-8 without any alteration, otherwise the tender will be summarily discarded]
06. Valid and Up-to-date ABC Electrical Contractor License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
