Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant: a) The minimum number of years of general experience in Electromechanical Works of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years. b) The minimum specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar nature Electromechanical works with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred and fifty ) Lakh in a Single Contract within last Five (05) years under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. (Years counting from the date of IFT) i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) over the last 5(five) years. d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk 160.00 ((One Hundred and sixty) Lakh. Letter of commitment for Bank's Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STD Form PW3-8. e) The Tenderer must posses: i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate obtained by NBR iii) Up-to-date valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate iv) Valid ABC category Contactory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board. v) Valid IRC Certificate. f) The tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization certificate for Substation equipment & Generator equipments from the Manufacturers. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the TDS, ITT & GCC.
