This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 (Three) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 03 (Three) years with a value of at least of Tk 40.00 (Forty) in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 20.00 (Twenty) over the last three financial years. A summary sheet of last Three years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required. (d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in e-PPS2-5 form published by BPPA. (e) The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate and Up-to-date Trade License.
(f) The intending tenderer must comply to all terms and conditions of The Outsourcing Policy'2025 issued by Government of Bangladesh
(g) Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
