1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in relaivent works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen lac) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last [05 (Five)] years.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 23,00,000.00 (Twenty three) Lakh over the last [05 (Five)years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 (Eight) Lakh to be submitted in from PW2a-8 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
6.up to date ABC licence and supervisory certificate issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
7. The minimum amount of tender capacity 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh
8. The tenderer must be a manufacturer of medical-grade oxygen and must possess proven experience in the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS). The tenderer shall demonstrate the technical capability and operational capacity to ensure compliance with applicable medical oxygen purity standards, uninterrupted gas supply, and the safe and reliable operation of the entire medical gas supply system.
9. The bidder must have at least three (3) qualified technical personnel who have successfully completed specialized training provided by a recognized Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) manufacturer
10. The bidder must have ISO 14001, 9001 and 4500
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
