1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of lift maintenance and operation work successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac over the last 5 financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac must be submitted in the prescribed form i.e e-PW-2A-8 form published by the BPPA.
5.The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 2.00 (Two) Lac.
6. The tenderer should be enlisted in the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE).
7.The tenderer must submit his own IRC certificate.
8. Must be sole agent/distributor of any /Chaina brand lift
9. Complete Site visit report must be authenticated by the Procuring Entity, Faridpur Public work division. (not the rank below Sub Divisional Engineer).
