Tenderer must meet following minimum eligibility and qualification criteria including other criteria specified in ITT, TDS and Tender Submission Letter of Tender Documents:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. three (3) crore .[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(c) The required average annual turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk three (3) crore over the best one (1) year in the last five (5) financial years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Three crore (3.50) Fifty Lac only.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. three (3) crore .
(f) All other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender
