1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in providing physical service as Prime Service Provider shall be 05 (Five) years
2. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 [Five] years with a value of at least of BDT 10,00,000.00 [Ten Lac] shall be required.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT Tk 14,00,000.00 [Fourteen Lac]
4. Necessary approval document from the Government of Bangladesh to perform such types of testing works. 
5. The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2026 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.

Adequate Contract Supervisor, relevant service expert and other management staff shall have to be provided to performe this job.
