1. Any / All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document N.B: i) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary document(s), which will considered for tender evaluation. ii) Unnecessary / Excess document(s) are discouraged to upload/attach.
iii) If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2022, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
iv) Supplying Ready made Asphalt concrete products must be from Asphalt Batching Plants.
v) The tenderer must have his own/Lease/Hired asphalt plant in operation within Bhola district. The tenderer must submit proper proprietary documentation (own/Lease/Hire) of Asphalt Batching Plant. With the tender Document, Asphalt Plant in operation shall have to be located at such a distance from office of the Bhola & Charfassion Sub-Division office that Asphalt Material can readily be available at any time at the requisition of the Engineer- in-Charge.
