Eligibility of Tenderer :	Bonafide Manufacturers/ Distributors/ Dealers/ Agents. Tenderers having 8 (Eight) years’ experience on Generator Servicing and Maintenance and Spare Parts Supply. a. Tenderers having experience in servicing & maintaining at least 10 (Ten) numbers of specific ((Perkins UK/EU, Cummins Petbow, BanlaCAT or Equivalent) brand Generator in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous/Private Organizations in the last 5(five) Years. b. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 years specific (Perkins UK/EU, Cummins Petbow, BanlaCAT or Equivalent) brand experience in Generator servicing & maintenance. Manufacturer authorization letter for Spare Parts. All Spare Parts list and their Price list must be mentioned by the tenderers. The tenderers shall have to submit the full list of spare parts for (Perkins UK/EU,) brand of Generator mentioning price, which shall remain valid at least 2 years from the date of submission of tender. Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number. Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
