Eligibility of Tenderer :

The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 08 (eight) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (five) numbers supply contracts of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar related Goods and Services of minimum BDT 80 (eighty) Lac under 2 (two) contracts in the last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The tenderer shall be submitted manufacturer/Distributor/Agent Certificated.
The amount of the Tender Security of Bank Guarantee/ Pay order/DD from any Schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of "Registrar, National University."
The tenderer shall be Technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.
The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers will hate to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
Tenderer must have valid A, B, C category Supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
