1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business, including an IT-based profession.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed a minimum of 3 (three) supply contracts for similar Goods and related services within the last 5 (five) years, one of them of the contract value minimum amounting to at least Tk. 2.75 Crore within last 2 years, with any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization. The five-year period shall be counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the newspaper.
4. The Tenderer shall submit a valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAL) issued by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), specifically addressed to the Tenderer for the project under consideration. The authorization letter shall confirm the Tenderer’s authorization to participate in the tender and supply the offered Goods in accordance with the tender requirements as per technical spec.
5. The tenderer should submit valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Incorporation Certificate, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, BCS & BASIS Membership Certificate.
6. Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled
