•The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the any Construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years. •The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 7 (seven) Crore of 2 (two) Contracts of Similar works and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. • In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank or Executive Engineer. • The required average annual construction turnover is minimum TK 7 (seven) Crore within last 05 (five) years.
