1. Copies of Trade License.
2. Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
4. Up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Manufacture Authorization Certificate.
6. Supply Record/ Statement of Tenderer.
7. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
8. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 69,00,000.00 (Sixty Nine Lac) Taka Only.
9. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/are: At least 01 Unit Dog Van or 02 Units Similer goods deleverd to govt institution under single contract for the last 05 (Five) Years.
10. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,68,00,000.00 (One Core Sixty Eight Lac) Taka Only.
