The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years. b) The Tenderer must have satisfactory completion of installation of fire hydrant system/water supply network or similar works of at least Tk 25.00 Lakh under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executiva Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/Organization. c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 20.00 Lakh, Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender. d) The minimum amount of financial resourses as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tonderers shall be Tk 15.00 Lakh. e) The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 30.00 Lakh. f)Debarred firms from any Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. g) Catalog and Brochure for Double headed pillar hydrant and valve and fittings. h) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submilled. i)All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025 and its amendment. j) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of bidding documents must be fulfilled.
